Shipping Policy
Deliveries can be expected within 3-5 days from the order date around Republic of Ireland and North Ireland. Around Europe within 7 days.
All deliveries are sent via An Post Express.
An Post Express deliveries contain a tracking code which will be forwarded to the customer during the processing of the order.
Please contact us and we will follow up with the courier & re-issue a new product if necessary.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are unhappy with the goods you have purchased, we will be happy to fully refund them, provided you return them in their original condition, with all of the original labels intact and with the relevant receipts within 5 days from the day was received around Republic of Ireland and North Ireland. Around Europe within 7 days from the day was received. Please contact us for further information.
My Day Lingerie also offer an exchange or credit note on any item returned up to 7 days from purchase. Once again, this policy is only upheld of the times are returned in their original condition, with all the original labels intact and with the relevant receipts.
Unfortunately, this policy cannot apply to any product such as underwear for reasons of hygiene. In addition, our policy does not extend to goods that have been worn unless the product is found to be faulty.
If you have received a damage or defective item, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to assist you with a replacement.
Postage or courier charges will not be refunded in the case of a return. However, if you request replacements for a damaged item, you will not be charged again for postage. Please note that we do not offer refund, an exchange or credit note on sale items.
How to return a purchase on My day Lingerie

Repackage the item(s) you wish to return in their original condition, in their undamaged packaging. Please note sale items are excluded for return.

Please ensure that the package is sealed, and the address is correct.

We advise that you obtain proof of postage and hold on to this proof of postage until you have received your refund.

You will receive a confirmation email from us upon receipt of your package and when you refund has been processed.

Refunds will only be paid back to the original payment method. It can take up to 10 working days from date of posting depending on your bank.
